About Me

ABOUT ME

I born and grew up in the neighbourhood of Bergamo, a really nice city that I really love. Now I'm living in Milan, studying Architecture at the Politecnico. I'm a social and friendly person, as any couchsurfer I guess :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never surfed but just waiting for the moment to remedy :)

Interests

I love to travel and know new places, new people and atmospheres!
I really love architecture too. Buildings say a lot about our culture, our needs, our sense of beauty and technology; I see them as a concentrate of the whole society we are in!
I really love music too! I play the piano and keyboards in a band for several years and really reaaaly enjoyed it!
I'm not a really sports lover but I'm still adventurous and daring! I adore walking and hiking in the mountains

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different kinds of music! From prog music as Genesis, Gentle Giant, Yes, Pink Floyd to more jazzy-funky as Snarky Puppy, Weather Report, Duke Ellington and also pop music as Jovanotti (very nice italian singer!), Adele, Mumford and Sons

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I spent part of my childhood in Paraguay and Argentina, even if I was a kid, I realize now how that made me understand and realize different aspects of the world.

- I spent two weeks working in the Montreux Jazz Festival! I had the opportunity to attend for free amazings concerts and see great musicians as Paco de Lucia, Pat Metheny, Sergio Mendes, Gilberto Gil, Jethro Tull's Ian Anderson, Chick Corea, Alanis Morissette, Lana del Rey, Noel Gallagher and more! In that period I also lived in a tent for the two weeks of the festival, I woke up every day with the beautiful Lake Geneva in front of me.. Amazing!

- I spent two weeks in China! Visiting several cities and places as Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, the Great Wall, the Terracotta army and so on! Also getting to know the people, that was maybe the most interesting part of the travel! We visited in fact a high school getting to know their students (we also playied a basket match we awfully lost :P) , we attend a tai chi class given by the old people in the streets (they use a lot to practice tai chi on the sidewalks in the middle of the streets!) and a kung fu lesson in a monastery in the middle of nowhere!
