My name is Sotirios, i'm 28 years oldand i'm a Greek citizen. I was born in Ptolemaida an industrial city in north Greece. For the last 3 years i'm living in Volos with my fiance, Eleni where i'm working as a teacher on special education in a public school. Lately i've completed my secondary studies, master degree on Business Administration. I'm a pretty good English speaker. .

Me and my fiance love travelling abroad. So the reason i'm on couchsurfing is because i believe after all the trips i've done so far, that if you really want to cross the "tourist line" and feal the tension of your destination you can only do it threw the locals experiences, guidance and stories ! We love meeting new people, interesting personalities, study their culture and lifestyle and finally there is no better feeling than knowing you have a friend in every side of the world !

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It was Christmas Anniversary 2013 and we were to Paris with my fiance and a couple of friends. We have planed to see a show on Lido and even thow i'vw informed the tourist agency that a have a visual disability and i need a seat at the very fromt they placed us at the balconies ! So my company was ok but i barely could saw the stage. When i asked for the manager and told him that there is a health problem and i cant enjoy the show from where i seating xause of my disability he said the its Christmas and there is nothing that he can do. Then my fiance started to cry knowing i have paid o lot of money and i wont see the show. After this my best man George talked to the manager again and pleased him to do something. At the sane moemot the show started and as the light went down we saw the manager creating space in the fromt raw, moving a table for the four of us, and coming towards us and say to my fiance "Don't cry, its Christmas . You are going to the first raw". The best table in the buikding, the best seats my friends and the best Christmas gift from a stranger ! It was an amazing moment !

I can share a studio i own in Volos. It's suitable for 2 people ! It's right next to my small appartment, in the same floor! I also can share my knowledge about the city sights, about Pelion mountain- "The Centaurus mountain", culture and lifestyle and share some traditional Greek recipies and the guests to taste the traditional drink"tsipouro" that Greece and especially Volos produces !
