ABOUT ME

I live in Honolulu, HI, but am originally from New Orleans, LA. I enjoyed five year stint in Humboldt County, Calif. I really enjoy traveling and have done a lot around North America on road trips, flights, and bus and train excursions. I am really lucky to have experienced as much of this place as I have. My North American travels include: Chicago, New Orleans, San Francisco, Mexico City, St. Louis, Cleveland, Vancouver BC, New York City, Niagara Falls, Washington DC, San Diego, Denver, Portland, Seattle and more! Their are only two regions in the United States I haven't spent time; the Dakotas area and New England, but I'll get to those soon :). I also took in some language, adventure and cultural festivities on the Northern part of the Honshu island in Japan a few years back.

I am currently into bands like Paris Combo, Deadbeats and Pink Martini which are more of the eccentric beat driven lounge grooves. But, I also spend plenty of time with some hip hop via Dr. Octagon, Deltron 3030 and Digable Planets; lots of jazz and Hot Club bands like BVSC, Django Reindhart and the plethora of city-named Hot Club bands like Hot Club of Detroit, Cowtown and San Francisco. I will also rock out to some Minor Threat, The Sonics and The Avett Brothers. What can I say? Music is diverse and so is my enjoyment of it :).
