Overview
About Me
Marcos Santos was born in Neuquén in 1985 in Argentina.
In 2003, he studied Industrial Design at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
Today he lives in Córdoba Argentina, working freelance, traveling between the
worlds of illustration and muralism.
In the year 2013, he started making murals, and he continues his experimentation
by moving his illustrations to wall formats. He has performed small and large
format paintings that can be found in Córdoba, Buenos Aires, Salta, Neuquén,
Misiones and Concepción de Chile. Currently, he is also part of “Sapo Rojo”
collective, with fellow artists Lu Yorlano, Coty Taboada and El Lolo.
He considers himself a self-taught and experimental artist, with a strong passion
to learn new techniques; leading him to develop multiple styles related to
drawing. In his works you can observe a strong experimentation of different
worlds, experiences, characters, music, stories and dreams that merge with real
life.
