ABOUT ME

Life is a gift! Positivity is a mindset.

I'm a holistic health coach that helps women elevate their health and happiness. I love what I do and believe that food is the most powerful medicine available to us.

I obviously love traveling and consider it medicine for the soul. My big travel story synopsis: I spent two years skipping around the world; one year in Deutschland and another creating my own 'Eat, Pray, Love' story around the Balkans, Turkey, India, and S.E. Asia.

Home in NYC now I am planting roots and cultivating good things. When I'm out and about I'm usually hanging out with friends on a rooftop, enjoying healthy food, taking a long bike ride around town, perusing the farmer's market, seeing art, doing yoga, or out somewhere dancing!
