Hey everybody!

I'm a Dutch gyal that has just graduated high school and now I finally have some time to travel the world! My entire life until now only consisted of studying and exams so I'm excited to get out of that mundane life and explore outside my comfort zone. And finally I'm having a gap year to find out what I want to study and to travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet up with people to share different cultures and experiences! I had never left the comfterable bubble I was living in for 20 years, so I don't know much about other cultures, languages, foods, music etc outside of the Netherlands. Through Couchsuring I can easily meet up with locals and travelers all around the world and learn about these things.

Interests

I loveeee to cook Italian food, especially desserts.
Eventhough I say so myself, my tiramisu is damn good ^.^

Singing used to be my number one passion, my dream as a kid was to become a singer-songwriter and become famous and as talented like Whitney Houston.
I still sing at karaoke bars and with every chance I get to sing in front of an audiance.

Whenever I go to a party, you can always find me on the dancefloor.
I don't like to drink alot, to be honest I almost never drink.
But, I make a big exception for whisky, especially for Japanese whisky.
To continue on the subject favourite drinks, I can make some good coffee.
I'm a barista at a cute lunchroom and can make yall delicious cappuccino and latte macchiatos.

Music, Movies, and Books

If you turn on some future house or Disclosure, I can dance for hours.
I can sing along to almost all the popsongs, r&b and soulsongs.

My favourite artists are the Internet, Disclosure, Kendrick Lamar, GoldLink, Gregory Porter, Kehlani, Cardi B, Bruno Mars, Drake, Solange, Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5 and many more!

One of my favourite movies is the Budapest Hotel, directed by Wes Anderson.

What I Can Share with Hosts

- If you like Italian food, I can make you some delicious spaghetti or pasta
- Good coffee will be served every morning, if you have a coffee machine with a manual milksteamer. If not, I will make it work ;)
- Give a great onemanshow, singing some of Whitney's and Beyonce's hits.
- Help you clean the house, I'm a great cleaner.
