ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from UC Irvine and now I'm researching lung cancer in northern California. I was on the rowing team in college, so since then I've enjoyed working out in almost every way possible. My favorites are cycling, rock climbing, and skiing. I still row when I get the chance. I love all things science and engineery, travelling, and pub trivia.

PHILOSOPHY

Never Give Up. I'd rather fail than quit at something, and I've been pleasantly surprised with the results of this on several occasions. Some other good quotes to live by:

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Possibly the most amazing thing I have ever seen is the Roman Aqueduct at Pont du Gard France. I saw it in 2002 on a high school trip, and the sight was incredible. We all ended up jumping off a boulder into the river. I should find those pictures.
