Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to love and continue expanding love, to empower women/families/community through natural birth, to be me
ABOUT ME
Well first, I'm a mom.
And then...I LOVE to dance--especially latin.
Yoga (anusara, acro, vinyassa) and meditation keep me centered and grounded....but wait, I'm a mom now and I hardly have time for anything beyond mildly ensuring my own sanity.
I also love climbing trees and doing cartwheels and handstands.
I'm very interested in health and wellness, social justice, sustainability, and basically living a mindful and love-filled life.
I love food, and I'll try anything (ant eggs, camel, gelatinous native dishes, etc), though I stick to vegetarian unless I'm traveling.
My current challenge is living mindfully, in the present moment, while trying to follow my bliss :)
PHILOSOPHY
Choose Love.
Gratitude.
Be still and let the world open itself to you.
Be awake in each moment.
and seriously, eat your vegetables!
