Hey, I'm Josh! I'm a creatively driven, eclectic nerd and inventor. I'm a professional photographer and retoucher by day, and by night, well, I make that up as I go.

I love music and sound. I play guitar, piano, and bass. I majored in film/sound design in college and spent a few years doing live sound and lighting. I go to concerts pretty regularly. Can't get enough music in my life.

Lately I've started creating extremely weird but awesome LED based toys and clothing. I have a vision of how I can change the world with lights and sound...it's all part of the plan. I want to find a balance between technology, physics, and philosophy that can be applied universally to change the world as we know it.

I also love sci-fi and video games. Writing. Cooking. Being outdoors and active. Ridiculous socks. Talking to strangers. And whiskey. Definitely whiskey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been travelling for a while now and the best way to experience a city is to make friends with the people who live there. I want to be connected to to the places and the people that I meet while on this journey.
