ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Montreal Quebec Canada to Polish parents.I am fluent in 3 languages, English, French and Polish. I have a small base in Italian and i know restaurant Greek, long story:)I love to travel, in search of some creative stimuli in foreign lands. I love to discover new things and i thrive in new situations. I felt that i outgrew my pot in Montreal, so i moved to Taiwan for a year in 2009. I became an English teacher but now i'm back in Montreal and it feels great to be back! I needed to miss Mlt for a while... and i did.

PHILOSOPHY

I have so many, but here are just a few.
You live and learn. Or you don't live long.
Mind over matter, if you don't mind it don't matter:)
Live and let live!
What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
When you loose, don't loose the lesson.
A good run is always better than a poor fight.
If you don't like yourself, you can't like other people.
A skunk is better company than a man who prides himself on being frank.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well my couchsurfing experiences are through a close network of friends that i met throughout my path in life... i have many friends from Montreal that have moved away to Italy and Vancouver so i just crashed at their places.

兴趣

I am a graphic designer, photographer, doodler... a.k.a visual artist.
I don't care to watch t.v., because i believe in living life, not watching it pass me by.
I am agnostic. But i love to learn about different religions... Knowledge is power!
I very interested in astrology, philosophy, Buddhism, yoga...

音乐、电影和书籍

I will watch, listen and read anything anyone has watched and spoke to me about... i am very influential that way a.k.a OPEN!
MOVIES: I love exploring the old black and white movies, Chaplin, Garbo, Gardner, Hitchcock, Monroe, Grant, Ester, Davis are just a few that i have watched. I also love documentaries, anything independent or foreign with subtitles...
MUSIC: I like to mix things up, hip hop, pop, classical, instrumental, jazz, rock, heavy metal, dance music (from anywhere, Greece, Turkey, France, Germany...)
BOOKS: I don't have the time to read books at the moment, i get to absorbed and ignore the important stuff, but i buy Vanity Fair religiously every month:)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The thing i am most proud of is that i faced my fear of the dark by renting a boat and camping wilderness-style on a deserted island for my 30th birthday...ALONE!
I saw how they collect household garbage in Taiwan:) CRAZY!

I am a language teacher in English, French and if you are up to it, Polish:) I am computer literate in the Graphics programs (Adobe, Macromedia...)
