I'm another traveler learning so many new things and getting to know such a variety of people along the way. I've taught both English and Spanish and am a language learner myself. I've been focusing on my French these past 6 months, and now it looks like German is going to be added to the mix.

The experience of spending time with local people while traveling is irreplaceable. Couchsurfing is great for just that. It connects people and let's them share their cities and their stories.
