Overview
About Me
I grew up in green Lancashire and early on in my life developed a love for the outdoors. After i'd misspent my youth Mountain Biking on the West Pennine Moors I did a spot of travelling. Eventually settling in West Yorkshire. I have since spent the last 10 years exploring the wild places of the UK. I love to climb, bike and swim outside. Usually with my girlfriend and dog for company. My job involves sharing this skills with others and I love to teach, guide and coach people through outdoor experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I know that local knowledge is priceless and usually the most current, so I know that talking with hosts is the best way to get the latest information. I love to meet real people that are keen to share ideas, opinions, recipes and knowledge!
I'm extremely proud of my home town, the surrounding area, the nearby cities and my country national parks. Showing these beautiful places to keen visitors is a great way of revisiting them and realising how incredible they really are.
