CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to make music, and to make others happy through music.

ABOUT ME

I'm extremely active. Sometimes I wish I had more time to chill, but I enjoy the fast lane. I'm either on stage, rehearsing, in a recording studio, writing music with friends, doing cool stuff at Apple, on the road, or catching up on a few hours sleep. My plate is full, but most of the food is really good! I try and stay positive, even when things get bad, though sometimes I find this hard to do. When I'm down, though, I do everything I can NOT to bring anyone else down with me.
I'm sincere and honest, caring towards others, and try my best to make people feel at ease and good about themselves.

PHILOSOPHY

Do whatever makes you happy, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Find what really makes you a happy person and pursue it to the fullest. Work hard to make dreams come true, and always try and be the best at what you do. Realize that happiness is no more than a state of mind. You need nothing to achieve this except control of your thoughts and mind (Not as easy as it sounds unfortunately!).

Musica, film e libri

Movies... whatever makes me laugh, sci-fi flicks, adventure flicks, mind-bender movies. Music... Everything from Ella to Beyonce, Satchmo to D'Angelo, Otis to Alice in Chains, Basie to Earth, Wind and Fire, Mozart to Stevie Wonder. Can't seem to get in to the Hippie Jam-Band thing, though. Time limits my heavy reading, but Effortless Mastery by Kenny Werner really influenced me, and a book a friend gave me, The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh is proving very mind-opening. I like reading biographies of people like me, lotsa technical books and Nat'l Geograhic.
