I'm an avid lifelong learner and (sometimes) teacher. Most of what I study revolves around nutrition, fitness, and biology. I'm so fascinated by the human body and how it can be affected by various inputs. I work in senior nutrition, child nutrition, and do individual coaching as a side job. One day soon, that will be my full time job.

By night, I play in recreational sports leagues throughout the year (flag football, kickball, bowling). I've recently become obsessed with board games. It's a beautiful art form and my favorite catalyst for social interactions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My SO/business partner and I travel a lot to meet new people and experience new things. It keeps the creative juices flowing and opens up new avenues to explore. As someone who enjoys cooking and eating, staying with a local is super useful for finding the best spots to try wherever we go.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I still like to cook some of my own meals when I travel. I'm happy to cook a meal for my host. Additionally, I have a large collection of modern board games that I'm happy to teach and play. Be careful, they're addictive.
