ABOUT ME

I am an open minded, positive thinking and mostly happy guy. I'm communicative but I also can listen. I like to do every kind of activities, from sport to partying. I also like to discuss a lot of topics, preferably with a beer in my hand ;-)=
I grew up in a village but lived the last decade in Potsdam/Germany near Berlin where I studied Biology and made my PhD in Aquatic Ecology. After a short stay in Kiel/Germany I moved one year to Bergen/Norway for work. Afterwards I moved for 1.5 years to Sydney/Australia for work. Then I worked for a year back in Northern Germany before moving to Norway again, this time Oslo, where spend working and living for almost 2 years. Now I am back in Germany, and started a new job in a part of my country I hardly know.

PHILOSOPHY

'The way through the life is the actual life. There is no higher reason. Therefore, we should do the best out of it. So let's enjoy life!'

The first time I heard about Couchsurfing, I thought: 'Wow, this is a great idea!'
The few Couchsurfing experiences I had so far confirmed completely the positive feeling.

Interests

I'm interested in so many things, but nothing in particular. Ok, I like to go out for a beer and to have a nice conversation or just to have fun.
I also love nature and as an ecologist, I'm more and more concerned about the future of it.
