ABOUT ME

I am a simple and fun loving guy who likes to talk and meet new people! I love to travel, discover new places and cultures from around the world :)

I am quite sportive and adventurous, I love mountains, lakes, beaches, forests...

I have lived in Karachi-Pakistan (Birth place), Immediately moved to Paris-France where I passed my early childhood, then lived in Karachi-Pakistan (20 years), then moved to Montpellier-France for my Masters, and in Bordeaux-France for my Phd studies. I have lived in Lausanne, Switzerland while working at the University of Lausanne, In New York working at CUNY and now I live in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a member since june 2010 and whatever experiences I have had, have been great, I met some nice people of varying cultures and traditions and it is always nice to learn and get exposed to something different.

Hope I will be able to meet more people and new faces from around the world!

Interests

I love to learn languages, visit places, photography and to cook :)
I love to play badminton, tennis and cricket, but also have interests in Soccer (Football), Table Tennis, Squash, Volleyball, Handball etc

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies, I like inspirational stuff or movies inspired by true stories... other than that, I like those typical romantic/comedy movies that are fun to watch and everything turns out just fine at the end :)

Like slow and soft music, mostly love songs and instrumentals but listen to almost any type of music from heavy metal to latin music....

I love to read books.... I am mostly in to travel/tourism/culture/cooking and self motivational books!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Its difficult to pin point a single moment, but I guess I enjoyed having lunch at the revolving restaurant Piz Gloria in Switzerland :)
