ABOUT ME
My husband and I share an account, but currently I am in Singapore while he is in Washington DC. I am looking for laid back, outdoorsy people, who want to explore Singapore with me!

Basic Bread Recipe
3Cs luke warm water
1.5T salt
1.5T yeast
6.5Cs flour
optional for a fluffier bread
1.5T sugar
1/4C Olive Oil
Mix together with spoon; no kneading necessary! Let rise for 2-3 hours till it gets high and flat on top. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (most ovens are off a bit so keep an eye on this) with a broiler pan in the oven. While the oven is preheating, once the dough has completed rising, take 1/4 of the dough and roll into ball. The remainder of the dough can be refrigerated for up to two weeks in an air tight container. Allow formed dough ball to rise for another 30mins - 1hr while oven is heating on a cornmeal covered pizza peel. Once dough and oven is ready slide dough onto baking stone and place 1C water into broiler pan. Bake for 20-30mins. Enjoy!
