Currently gallivanting around Europe without a plan other than to see, do, meet, learn, adventure and enjoy!

ABOUT ME

I sometimes describe myself as a "cool nerd". That is I love science, fantasy books, and have even been known to watch star trek once or twice =P, but I also love music (mostly drum and bass, breaks, dub, alternative and old rock), going out to gigs and would live at festivals if I could! I also like sloths, jumping spiders, puns, abandoned buildings, sporks, rock climbing, vegetarian food, and I am currently trying to teach myself to knit.

I'm from New Zealand but have been living in London for the last 2 years on a kind of career holiday! I studied biology, and plan to get back into that when I get home, because my UK visa is up and I'm heading back to NZ

PHILOSOPHY

Everything in moderation! I am always keen to try and experience everything at least once and I think almost everything is okay in small amounts =)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't couch surfed before but have heard lots of good things from friends and keen to give it a go! I like meeting new people and having different experiences and it would be cool to meet some locals (something you often miss out on in hostels). Will look forward to paying back some couch love when I'm back in NZ (and have a place and couch!).

Music: Too much to list! Drum and bass! Breaks, dub, reggae, punk, old rock, alternative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw sea turtles laying their eggs in Colombia, did the Milford track in New Zealand, climbed to Macchu Picchu, completed Tough Mudder challenge in London...
