Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling, getting to know people from all over the world and being a good stand up comedian
ABOUT ME
Well, that's really hard to say. I guess most of them will say that I'm always the funny guy and I hope that they see me as someone to rely on, as an honest person. .. sometimes a little bit too honest. ;)
PHILOSOPHY
Be open and try to help, question everything, make people smile, believe in yourself and don't do to others what would anger you if done to you by others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Until now I mostly met couch surfers in lots of places and always had a great time and I never had a negative experience hosting people here in Cologne.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I met great people all over the world, got see places I wouldn´t have found on my own and a CouchSurfing Xmas party saved me from being all alone on Christmas Eve in Berlin!
NEW EXPERIENCE: In 2012 I did my first road trip across the USA & Canada for 2 months and I surfed sooo many couches and got to know incredibly kind people everywhere! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movies are: The Shawshank Redemption, High Fidelity, It's a Wonderful Life, Tarantula, The Great Escape, Pulp Fiction and 2001.
I love to read interesting biographies and non-fictional books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While doing a "pilgrimage" to Lourdes with the German military I kind of "escaped" and crossed the French-Spanish border walking and spent three days in Bilbao with some friends. When I returned to Lourdes no one realized that I had been gone... ;)
Another great experience was a real gig in a Comedy-Show in Manhattan, close to Times Square. It was so much fun!
I made some videos:
