Hi Everybody !

We are a young couple (Pierre & Stephanie), 28 both, living near Paris (Houilles - West Paris / 10 minutes from Paris by train). We have an available room for guests, and would like to share it to help people visiting Paris!

We love to discover other ways of life, other cultures, but we are also interested in sharing the French culture (and the French Gastronomie of course !).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Pierre and I would like to improve our English, so welcoming foreign people seems to be an excellent exercice :-)
We used Couchsurfing a lot while on our 3 month trip across the US and we really liked the experience so this time it's our turn to help people and we'd love to meet interesting new travelers.
This trip confirmed us that you're not only discovering a country by visiting the monuments but by meeting people. And meeting all those great hosts was the best part of our trip.

Interests

We are movie addicts, we love our dogs (two australian shepherds), we love biking and hiking.

Pierre is always working in is garage on a new project, drones, RC planes, friend's cars and can repair almost everything around the house(or at least he tries).
We own a vintage Austin Mini and Pierre is looking to buy an american muscle car.

Stephanie likes writing, she started a blog about wedding and another one about travel. She also likes photography and wants to improve her technique, so if you have any advice she will be thrilled.
She used to practice medieval fencing and stays interested in this era.

Music, Movies, and Books

We both love all kind of rock music, and many more. We really like to hear live music.
Stephanie is a huge fan of Tarentino's movies (i.e. one of our dogs is called Jango) while Pierre is a fan of sci-fi movies like the Back To The Future trilogy.
Pierre red all the Stephen King's book and Stephanie can read almost anything from a Romance to Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We went on a 3 month trip across the US and Canada were we met a lot of amazing people and could discover gorgeous places.

We can give you advise to discover Paris and the Parisian (so chic) way of life ! Free cheese and red wine for all our guests ! :-)
