Major film buff. Movies has been my by far biggest source of knowledge. Also I like, nay, love, to read, think, write and discuss. Would like to think that I'm pretty good company, and meeting new people is key to being a good writer and understanding what makes people tick. It's wonderful to hear life stories so different from ones own.

When I can, I take people in, and if I can't I give as many pointers as I can on how surfers can have a good time in my neck of the woods.

Музыка, кино и книги

Movie-wise, Fight Club and Amelie from Montmartre compete for my heart. I like movies to be aiming at saying something new and interesting, not just to be an excuse for things blowing up. Give me good dialogue any day.

Music.. Frank Sinatra, Burt Bacharach, the lovely beats of Nitin Sawhney, oh, and Miles Davis: JAZZ. Gotta love jazz. But electronic music is nice as well. Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, M83, Four Tet. Morrissey is pretty good too. It's hard defining one self through band names! Oh. And here are some tips of swedish music; Jenny Wilson, The Knife, and Jose Gonzales.

Books; The Dice Man, Hitchhikers Guide, anything by Chuck Palahniuk, Douglas Coupland and Bret Easton Ellis rocks my boat. And of course, Alex Garland's The Beach.
