ABOUT ME

I was born in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Growing up I lived in the ghetto part of town known as Parkdale. Though now a days Parkdale is becoming a hotspot for the city.

I can't say I've had an exciting life as some, I lived in the same house (that my parents still live at to this day) until I finished school. I then moved to Waterloo to pursue my career as an Engineer.

I worked as an Engineer supporting smartphone production for 3 years before moving to the business side of things.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life and experience everything you possibly can at it. It was best said in American History X, but generally life's too short to be angry all the time. Just enjoy it :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a new member of couch surfing, I'm working on getting more meets setup in Kitchener-Waterloo so we can build a strong community in town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only real experience with CouchSurfing has been back to back years traveling to Detroit. I met a couple CouchSurfers during our trips there who have been nothing but the most hospitable and all around awesome.

The only hosting experience I've seen didn't turn out exactly as it should have, but I don't think that's deterred anyone from the greatness that is this site.

Intereses

Sports - Hockey, Baseball, Basketball (There's a court available in my apartment if anyone is ever interested in playing)
Events - Just enjoy going out and experiencing everything a place has to offer. Unique, different, or a twist on the old...I'm there.
Gaming - A big gamer, easy to talk to me on the subject of video games. :P

Movies - Horror, Humour, Action...to be honest there isn't a particular genre I'm enamored with.
Music - Just about everything again, I jump around between all genres.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I think some of the most amazing things I've got to see is overlooking all of Budapest from the top of the Marriott Hotel. The photo opportunity was spectacular and the view was breathtaking.

Getting to go to Cancun for a week and waking up overlooking our private beach from the beach house was pretty incredible too.
