I'm easy-going and fun to be around. I'm broad-minded and pretty well travelled. I like the finer things in life but am just as happy with a big mac and backpacking as I am in a luxury hotel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I worked for years as a tour guide and ski guide so am very good at showing people around. I am also willing to accommodate people occasionally because I think it would be unfair not to if I'm going to use other people's couches someday.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with CS in Porto. Met some CS folks in Verona and Granada and Munich for beers/food/chat/coffee etc

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very eclectic taste in just about everything. I like action movies/dramas/sci-fi/rom-coms and foreign language movies too. I like most kinds of music from blues to punk and from classical to jazz but I loathe techno. Books: I like biographies, historical books, crime novels and lots of other stuff too

Swimming with dolphins, sunset over the Aegean and suchlike
