ABOUT ME

I am a very positive person, I love to travel to meet different cultures and languages, to play sports, to take photos in my trips, to learn something new everyday... When I am at home just working, eating and sleeping I feel like I am dead! Life is an Xtreme sport, Never was anything great achieved without danger!

PHILOSOPHY

One life is too short and there are a lot of things to do, to think, to enjoy... it is terrible, isn't it? I try to feel fortunate to have the chance to choose my own future. For the majority of mankind, surviving is a hard everyday work.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A hitch hiker told me about CS. I though it was brilliant and I hosted first Victor (USA) and then tonz of great people. Then after two years I went travelling for a while and using CS regularly. It has been difficult to host in Christchurch lately because our neighbour-landlord and our long hours at work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I have got just some contacts but they were excellent, unforgettable, I cannot understand my life now without the interesting people who I meet!

Not empty-entertainment movies only, I have no time to waste. U know, something to make you think a little bit about how the world is running. I love The Mission, The Shawshank Redemption, Blade Runner, Sunset Boulevard, Tron, Much Ado About Nothing, Life of the others, ...
Music: rock, pop, choral, some classic. Rolling, Springsteen, Coldplay, U2, Radiohead... (and I love the voice of Tom Jones!!!!) I do not like jazz or rap.
Books: SciFi and historic ones: Memoirs of Hadrian, Lord of the Rings, Asimov's Foundation, Shakespeare, some ancient greek and roman tragedies,...and every book of Robert Graves and Valerio Massimo Manfredi. Now I am into essays.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Swimming in freezing waters with wild hector dolphins. That group of dolphins visit regularly a beach in the south of New Zealand. If you cannot feel a communion there your soul is dead!

Ask me what you want about photography or European History. However, I'm the pupil of everything and the master of nothing!
