About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Chill out...and grow a little.
ABOUT ME
I'm reserved, and a bit quiet, but that all disappears after the second drink. I love a good laugh and I love to listen to people's stories. There's always more to learn.
PHILOSOPHY
Pretty sure I'm still figuring that one out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Offering a place to stay, a hopefully pretty good tour of the town, and some good food for hungry travelers on the road (though I can't promise that last one; still learning!).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed through California on a road trip through western USA. Got to stay in an improvised hostel in San Fran with some awesome dudes, drank fine red wine and ate poached oranges on top of a mountain in central California. Great time.
Interests
I love talking to people and learning new things. These days I spend a lot of my free time exercising and learning to code (I want to major in computer engineering when I get out of the army). Weekends usually get spent down in Downtown Nashville.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Every mountain I've ever climbed, no matter how small, leaves me feeling good. Afghanistan was pretty impressive now and then.
Teach, Learn, Share
As I said in the philosophy section, there's no wisdom I can pass on that is as valuable as that which you teach yourself. So, that's my advice: leave that mental window so wide open you can't see the frames anymore. Hold the goal in your mind and the rest will unfold like it was always meant to.
And eat well. And get enough sleep.
