Overview
About Me
Learning life from life.
I am Ukrainian-American. Born in Ukraine and immigrated to the US when I was 12. After Ukraine, California is my second home. Virginia is now my third.
I am a certified Bhakti yoga teacher, Prema Breathwork facilitator, and health & wellness coach in pursuit of fulfilling my dharma.
I love learning and discussing everything related to health because everything is interconnected. I am always curious about the world and my passion in life is people. I love to travel, cook, move my body (yoga, HIIT, hiking, etc.) and meditate. I seek balance. We all do to some degree but I’m making it my profession. 😊
PHILOSOPHY
I am always a teacher and always a student. 🙏🏼
What the world needs is more love and open-heartedness, selfless service and presence. Be here now. 🧘🏻♀️
