ABOUT ME

I graduated from Warren Wilson College outside of Asheville, NC. I majored in chemistry and studied life. I worked at the Cowpie Cafe which is an awesome vegetarian/vegan cafe.

Taught middle school science in rural Arkansas while doing a little homesteading.

Worked at a restaurant on an island off the coast of Maine this summer as a cook.

Now studying butchery and charcuterie on a farm outside of Siena, Italy. I want to work in food justice when I return to the States.

I would consider myself fairly liberal, open-minded, excitable, ambitious and optimistic.
