ABOUT ME

People say that I am an easygoing and quite active and social type of person.. Personally I could not put many labels on myself. So you 'd better contact them!

I believe in people and want to trust and be trusted. That's why I have been volunteering in student organizations such as Board of European Students of Technology (B.E.S.T) in Greece and Chalmers Students for Sustainability in Sweden.

I want to expand my travelling horizones and meet and encounter new things and people.. is there a better way than backpacking?

Why Couchsurfing? Cause there is no better way than discovering a place through the eyes and knowledge of a local willing to share their own space !

Interests

When not travelling, I like sports such as football and basketball and as soon as I get some time off hiking in the nature becomes first priority!
When I find myself home I usually hang out with my flatmates and friends, cooking mostly greek dishes and having a beer over a movie or sth similar.

Going out roaming around the city, discovering the nightlife and its secrets!

I like cinema in general, especially European films. Last best film: `Grande Belleza'.

When comes to reading I read whatever draws my attention: Currently struggling with `Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surviving in Swedish darkness.

Hiking for over 50km in a day on Sierra Nevada in southern Spain with minimum equipment and trails covered with snow.
