I run a travel website called Squat the Planet, a place for travelers of the underground to network and meet other like-minded people!

ABOUT ME

I'm just plain obsessed with adventure in any form. If it's exciting, dangerous, or just plain crazy, I'll probably do it. A big part of my adventures lie in trying to see as much of the world as I can before I die. I'm currently working on putting together my own travel blog, and I would like to perhaps have a career in travel journalism.

I've spent the past 10 years of my life being a nomad, hitchhiking and train hopping around the United States (and small portions of the world) and just generally being a free spirit. I'm in love with the traveler underground, and I really don't know if I'll ever be able to settle down and live a "normal" life. Normal has always sounded kinda boring to me anyways :)

I'm headed to Key West, Florida to find a sail boat and spend a few months learning the ropes of that before going out to the Bahamas and beyond.

I also bike a lot, and I'm hoping to do some long distance bike tours in the near future.
