Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm here because while travelling, I don't want to do things I can do at home. I'm curious about what locals do, how do they do it and why - and do it in the same way. The best way how to achieve this is to meet locals and become and turn them into friends of mine.

Even when I'm travelling outside the couchsurfing network, I always spent quite a bit of the stay in that place by just riding the bus on random bus lines, without a specific target destination, exploring the deepest commonality of that place.

When I'm sitting on the plane back home, I want to have the feeling I know the place, I know the people there. And that's why couchsurfing stole my attention.

Centres d'intérêt

I'm not really persistent in my interests. I can't say "I'm a football guy" or things like that, I rather switch between various interests over the time and I love this part of my personality. Why to try to fit somewhere when you can do everything you want, right when you want to do it? :)

But in general, I do enjoy physical activities - in the last days I'm addicted to tennis, trying to improve my technique there.

I love just wandering through unknown places - nature is closer to my heart than a concrete jungle, but even the biggest cities are a great place for an exploration.

I've got a son, 4 years old now. Spending some quality time with him is a greatest pleasure of my life.

Generally speaking mostly I'm reading professional (work) stuff, not really a fiction.

I can listen to any music, but there is nothing in this world I could enjoy more than a classic, old school rap. I know that a lot of people sees this genre as violent, explicit and dumb but I think they are missing something. There's no other genre that could handle as many emotions as hip hop and tell as complex, vivid and detailed story as rap.
