Lately, I have a lot of responsibilities, and not so much free time. So if you are okay to be perhaps more independent, then great!
If I'm busy during day, I'll for sure have time in the evening (if I don't pass out 😆).

In case you need a place just to crash, it's perfectly fine and just please be honest about it.
Let's not play games how here, everybody are to find new best friends forever and similar... It's just too fake...

If you happen to click with someone and somehow end up friends, I think that's great!
But otherwise, it's couch surfing, so people want to travel and not pay for hotels 150 €/£/$ per night. Let's be real and adults. (Again, nothing wrong with that).
