About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet people!

ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of an introvert - need my time alone but I think hosting my couch every now and then is a really fun way to meet some people :) Getting to know surfers and spending time with them is really nice, and prefer that to simply being a mattress provider, although that can be ok sometimes too.

I work in the best industry of them all - the game development industry! :) Making games isn't just work for me - I love making them as a hobby as well. I'm mainly a programmer but I also have a knack for game design.

Got two wonderful cats, August and Celeste.

PHILOSOPHY

Be nice. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Historically I have mainly done couch hosting but have done some surfing as well.

If you send me a hosting request, please include links to profiles of everyone going (links to facebook or similar is fine), or at least give a bit of a description more than "your friend" It's nice to know a bit about everyone that's coming. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a lot of people and it's been so much fun! :)

I only host occasionally and even though it's a lot of fun it takes energy. I also have decent gut feeling of who I'll really enjoy hosting. So I do sometimes decline requests. It's usually not personal and it's always fun getting requests, so definitely send one! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like scifi, and post apocalyptic settings. Thrillers, action, the occasional drama.

When it comes to books I tend to read mostly non-fiction. Sometimes books about programming or game development, and sometimes about scientific subjects such as medicine, astronomy, psychology, religion.
