ABOUT ME

I'm currently working in Taiwan, enjoying the life on this tropical island and learning mandarin.
I was a post-doc in electrical engineering at Stanford and TUM Munich. I'm originally from Italy and i moved to the US to seek a PhD degreed. In the five years it took me to graduate, I've lost most of my practical skills and common sense; consequently I can now only survive now it the academic environment.
I really enjoy travelling and I get to travel five or six time a year to join different conferences (i.e. I get to have someone else pay the air fair).
I also really enjoying opening my house to people and experiment first hand different life choices and lifestyles of different people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a habit that I've head for the past few years: always and only had positeve experiences.
