Overview
About Me
Most of my friends say I am ambitious.
They also say I am a perfectionist, especially when it comes to writing or drawing.
I’m cheerful n talkative, sometimes even with people I just met.
Well, I think u can call it as ‘friendly’. ;)
I have been an English teacher for more than 9 years.
Actually being a teacher was not what I wanted to become.
But now, I think that my life is all about teaching. :)
Tho translating is a boring thing to do.
But I have to admit that it makes money. :p
Currently, I'm also a freelance translator for some companies abroad.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet locals in the country I plan to visit.
And I welcome people who want to explore Jakarta to stay in my house.
I hope I can make many new friends with both the people who stay in my house and the locals I will meet in other countries.
Let's exchange language and cultures. :)
Interests
I like cooking, knitting, swimming, listening to songs, browsing internet, reading comics, watching Korean or Japanese drama (yeah, I can b melancholic too sometimes!), chatting with my friends, n playing with my cat.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Lately I have been into K-pop. Hehehe. But I also like pop English songs, like songs from Backstreet Boys, Westlife, Sara Berailles, etc.
Movies: I like romantic comedy the most. But sometimes I watch action comedy as well. I used to watch anime but lately I haven't got a chance to watch any. I have been into Korean and Japanese Drama lately. :p
Books: I read A LOT OF Japanese comics. I have like more than 200 comics in my room. I also read novels, both in English and Indonesian. Sometimes I also read books related to psychology.
Teach, Learn, Share
1. I can teach you Bahasa Indonesia/Indonesian. As exchange, please teach me some expressions in your language; and tell me more about your culture. :)
2. I can cook some Indonesian food, even Japanese food such as sushi. I'll make some for you and even teach you how to make it.
3. If you visit Jakarta, I can accompany you to some places in Jakarta and also take pictures of you or with you. :p
4. I can give you the information about food, transportation, or good places to shop in Jakarta.
5. I will give you a hand-made scarf that I make by myself if you come to my house or if I get a chance to stay in your house.
What I Can Share with Hosts
1. While you are in my house, you may eat whatever my mom cooks. Of course if it suits your taste and stomach. I know some foreigners can't eat spicy food.
2. If you are a woman, then of course I can share my bed. As the only room with air conditioner in my house is only my bedroom. :p
3. You can read my comics. I have more than 200 in my room. Hehehe.
4. You can use the refrigerator in my house to put any drinks or food. Just don't forget to tell me so I can tell my families that those belong to you.
