I love books, beer, tea, music (esp. folk and world), good food and better company, learning new languages, and meeting new people. I'm that annoying guy who talks to people on the bus. I write travel articles but secretly an incurable romantic with a strange love of maps and typewriters. Currently living in my favourite city - Edinburgh.

Having experienced the beauty of Couchsurfing whilst travelling this year, I´m hoping I can share a bit of the goodness with my guests.
