I am a Spanish girl living in Sabadell (Barcelona).
I was living for 10 years in the south of France, working as a physical therapist. In the Pyrénées, in Ariège: wild, alternative and open mind place. I love traveling and meet different and new people, I am always smiling :) I am always free in the afternoon and weekends to enjoy doing my favorite sports like yoga, acroyoga, canyoning, hiking, climbing, ... but I also like scuba diving (and trying apnea recently), doing ski, snow rackets... I don’t smoke at all and I don’t use to drink alcohol (only cider and sweet cocktails) but I love doing party or going to festivals like a true Spanish girl! 💃🏼 Well, I love to live life with intensity and I am always motivated to do all kind of thinks outside! But Sometimes I need to take a rest to be on fire after!! So, I like meditation, reading and take a nap in my hammock aswell:) I take care about what I eat: I like all but personally , I préfère to avoid cereals, sugars and dairy products. I think it is important to eat ecological foods aswell . I like eating fish and meat but I understand all kind of diets :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people around the countries I am visiting, especially try to learn their languages. I really like to understand the origin of every language and how they seems to other near the borders. I like also try new pronunciation sounds, different that I already know.
I would like also to feel the local culture and their customs; to learn cooking and know different ingredients.

I like a lot of kind of music like rock, electro, chill out, reggae, jazz, Cumbia, Classic music, ...
I like comedy, science fiction and fantasy films and series. But also romance, romantic and action films.
Same for books but adding psychologic and physic health, travel books, sport books and books for understanding other languages ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Cave diving in Cenote Pit, in México, 40m deep -Climb a 5000m slept volcano in Mexico while little eruption of the active volcano Popocatepelt just in front of us 🌋 in full sun rise 🌄
- Being in a aquatic trekking with one CSurfer and replace her thumb who was dislocated by a fall.
-sleep in vivac (with only my sleeping bag ) in the highest peak of my living zone, at 3000m , with the beautiful starry sky.
-Travel alone in Cape Verde💚

Teach, Learn, Share

-I can share my cooking receipts ;)
-Teach you an acroyoga course
-Practice différent kind of sport: like ski and snow rackets in winter. Go for a hike or a walk. Some climb?
-chill at home listening music or watching a film or a serie.
-Play some card game.

What I Can Share with Hosts

-Cook something for you like a delicious tortilla or some spice vegetables and rice. Also cook a good fish if you like that.
-Make you a tasty fruit and vegetable juice ;)
-Talk about my travels or talk about how I changed my lifestyle to become healthier in my body but also in my mind.
