CURRENT MISSION

Keep on keepin' on.

ABOUT ME

Adventurous, open-minded individual who loves to travel and experience new cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Energy connects all of us in tangible and intangible ways. I strive to practice open, honest communication in all aspects of life and if you do too then we'll most likely get along great.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted over 50 couch surfers during the last decade and all have been memorable, positive experiences. I spent 4 months in Europe and sailed the Caribbean for a month where I had an amazing time playing the roll of surfer this time around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a host to several first time users and hope I made an experience for them that fosters a desire to continue to explore and discover. Some of my greatest experiences while traveling have come from random meetings and the spontaneity to take them up on their generous offers. Top experience: Missed a connecting train in Italy and had to grab a bus to Siena. En route, met an Italian college student who brought me into her circle of friends to party all night in Piazza del Campo. The next night was a seafood feast complete with singing and dancing on the tables.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sun rise over Mont Blanc while I sketched the moment.

Sailed the Caribbean on a 36' Jeanneau for 6 weeks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm up for learning everything I possibly can. It's one of the main reasons I'm on Couchsurfing. I want to experience what it is truly like to live in a certain place and feel that culture.
