I am a 30 year old animator currently backpacking for a few months. I have just finished a 14 months contract animating in the depths of Tasmania so I need a break and some warmth!

have done extensive traveling in the past, through Asia, South, Central and North America and Europe, and I have both in the UK in the past.

Take every opportunity that comes your way, because it may not come by again. Also, never trust a fart in Thailand.

I am based in Melbourne and look forward to the chance of having people stay with me as well. I will always be willing to return the favour by letting people stay with me back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with a few people in the U.S and Canada and loved it. Loved getting to know the locals.

Interests

Traveling, socialising, music, movies, going to concerts or live performances, drinking with friends... um, you know, stuff, and things. Did I mention drinking?

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Dumb and Dumber, Old Boy, a lot of Coen Brothers films (except maybe The hudsucker Proxy), Galaxy Quest, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, anything with Bill Murray really, or by Wes Anderson. Any 80's or early 90's action movie eg. Terminator 2, Speed, Aliens, Predator. The Iron Giant, Nausicaa and the valley of the winds. I could go on, but you get it.

Books: The Princess Bride, Trainspotting, Filth, Fight Club, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, In Cold Blood, On The Road, The Outsider, ALL the Discworld Novels, Frank Miller's Batman. I don't know, heaps.
