About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ADVENTURING!

ABOUT ME

I love sports, but not the organized kinds. Snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, surfing, river rafting, I've attempted and loved others: wind surfing, wakeboarding, unicycling....

I live in a house in Santa Cruz with 14 others and currently don't have energy to host people :/
I love learning from people, hearing their stories and why they do what they've done or plan to do.

PHILOSOPHY

To be incredibly happy, find what is worth doing and being, and embody that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've had a blast. I stayed in Tahoe with some really awesome people, who, years later, I visit often! I've hosted an inter-continental couple and met up with them at Burning Man 3 weeks after! I've hosted a bunch of amazing people in Santa Cruz.

Interests

Snowboarding, mountain biking, adventuring, hiking, trail-running, river-rafting(rarely get to go, as its expensive), wind-surfing, I like swimming...I can surf, and have 3 boards and a wetsuit. Want me to teach you here in Santa Cruz!!?!?!? I can!! I can also take you mountain biking, Santa Cruz has some AMAZING biking. I also go to the occasional rave or Burning Man.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 12 and living in Mexico, I asked that my mom make a U-turn that would become a block-long circle... We had just gone grocery shopping and didn't have time to scramble to the back of the car to grab a box of cereal to hand to the kids at the corner, asking for money or whatever people wanted to give. We re-arrived the the corner, and gave a box to my mom to hand out the window. The box of cereal made the kids happier than many spoiled Americans will ever be on Christmas morning.
