Hi there, this is Stacey. I grew up in a small village where everyone eats spicy food.
I'm a super adventurous person who loves exploring new things all the time. I have been traveling throughout China since I was young and I'm still amazed by the little things I discover everyday.
When I travel, I love taking photographs and meeting people. I enjoy starting a conversation with strangers. And I often write them down as part of the souvenirs.
Now I work as a Mandarin teacher and blog writer.
If you happen to be a language lover, then we have something in common! Because I've been fascinated by French and Spanish recently. I believe learning a new language is one way to connect to a new world culturally.
But if you can teach me some other languages I'll be happy to learn ! :) Looking forward to meet you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A different way to meet interesting minds,
to discover a new self,
to learn about the world,
to share ideas,
to inspire, to help, to love..
And yet it has been always surprising me.
