I think that the emotions I have - are a choice. I used to think the the things I liked or disliked caused my emotion (so irresponsible:). But because it is so easy to change what you like . . . I think the emotion is also a choice. And if it is up to me . . . I choose to feel the way I like! I choose my happiness responsibly now!!!
