I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and it's just my 11yo daughter and me (sorry, the picture is my now 19yo who has moved out and attending college about 2 hours away). My daughter and I live in the back part of the house which leaves the two front bedrooms usually available. The kitchen area and dining area are available to everyone. I work at home and ride a bicycle for 99% of my transportation. I coach my daughter's soccer team (10 years now) and she and I also referee matches. We've got 5 cats in the house, if you are allergic to cats this is NOT the place for you!

I know housing in this area is tremendously expensive and I hate wasting resources. I read about couchsurfing in one of my cycling magazines and thought I would give hosting a try (same as above). The rooms are offered (for 30-day rentals) on other sites, so we will need to confirm availability in advance.
