CURRENT MISSION
Satiating my thirst for life
ABOUT ME
My best friends say (in their own words) I'm the most liberal and open person they've ever met, non-judgemental (which most people do not understand how this can actually be so), I'm fun, and the most grateful person they've ever met. I appreciate the simplest of things. I'm brave and always seeking to explore my sense of Truth in this world. I'm inviting and a shining light. ~ Their words. ;)
PHILOSOPHY
Exhale only love, in every action a prayer. I live because I can. I am that I am. Thoughts, good. Feelings, working on it. ;)

Interests
I spend my time in play. All that I do, work, household things, child rearing, I'm playing. I believe we are all playing like children just with different mediums as toys. I haven't always been like this ~ I grew up with a very neglected sense of Self and when I had my first child at the age of 19 I was also diagnosed with cancer, a ton of other things happened, and I changed everything about my perspective, and that, changed my life! In all actions, a prayer, in every exhale, only love, and in all interactions I seek to make another happier then they were a minute before and hope to always shine light on the good in people so they may see their own beauty.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a back country motorcycle trip (yes I can ride a motorcylce) in the Dominican Republic on the Samana peninsula. It was entirely third world and I LOVED every second of it. The eyes of the people were so beautifully brown and content, their way of life was so simple and wholesome. Learning their language on their beaches was humbling and exciting and they were so appreciative of my genuine thirst for grasping their culture. Seeing their clothes hang on trees to dry and their one room "shacks" as houses with multiple babies running around was so freeing, so open, so alive!
Another moment of awestruckness :), I've always wanted to do missions work in Africa and during a Let Your Yoga Dance teacher training at Kripalu, our whole group of 50 people entered the circle, hand in hand, walking toward each other, and the faces, the smiles, the beaming eyes, were so profound that in that moment I had an alien thought that "The community I've been looking for is right here! It is possible! It's always all around me! I don't need to go to Africa to find it!" Though I would still really like to.
Hanging laundry on the washline, feeling the breeze run through my skirt, watching my babies play in the yard running around in cloth diapers in inquiry about what life has to offer ~ those moments, those! They are the one's I live for.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love this site!!! As a founding member of an environmental charter school we chose an integrated philosophy for our curriculum and I teach by it in my own career and my career at this point has become living! I'm hoping to always have a job that fits into my lifestyle rather than my lifestyle fit around my job, and I believe it is POSSIBLE! I learn from every and all interactions a little bit more about myself, connections, God, and goodness. I've learned darkness very well and have recently learned I don't ever need to go back there. The more I seek, the more I find and there really is light in YOU and in ME and we are US and we are THREE! I'm excited to learn and grow on our jouney together.
