Music, Movies, and Books

above all: alternative rock, postpunk, ambient soundscapes, experimental folk, noncliche classical, egofree jazz, edgy pop - small cinemas or private movie evenings, I'm quite picky - poetry, novels, essays

highlights: King Crimson, John Frusciante, Rachmaninov, Saul Bellow, Henry Miller, the Beats, Terry Gilliam, John Cassavetes, Andrej Tarkovskij

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've kissed joy as it flew..

Teach, Learn, Share

Let's meet up and see! ;)

I'm a double dropout who prefers to let curriculums arise spontaneously with the grace of joy but trying to tie up loose ends at the Academia again.. I'm particularly attracted to (post)modern myths, ambient and postrock music, language, ideologies, urbanism, modes of harmony, erotica, sustainable lifestyles, improvisation, performance, local identities, life patterns, landscapes, theism and the whole universe of fun stuff. I play the guitar, the bass, piano and synths, I love to awkwardly sing and dance in private (that means solo almost without exception).

I've been earning my living as a social worker working with kids and people with physical or mental difficulties, teacher of English, music, sports and gardening, diy builder and community farmer so I can share my little insight in these essentially human things if you're interested.

I'm happy to share my understanding of Czech culture, ideally strolling around. I also love hiking so a trip is an option too but that would need to be scheduled well in advance as my weeks are pretty busy.

I'd really like somebody to teach me some yummy vegetarian/vegan cooking, tell me how that great book/film changed their life, introduce me to brass instruments or just take me to their favourite place!

Belgium, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia
