About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am committed to creating global awareness about the importance of sustainable practices, continuing re-generative community development, and inspiring others through education and active participation.
ABOUT ME
I'm 25 years old and loving life! I blazed through college and got the 9-5 job... and I HATED it. So I quit, went back to grad school, and now I'm pursuing something I'm actually passionate about. It feels so good to LOVE what you do. I can't imagine life any other way.
I love my life, I love adventures, and I love seeing the world and meeting new folks.
PHILOSOPHY
I know it's a little cliche and a little overused, but: "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."
-Mahatma Gandhi

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: The Lives of Others, Vetus, Amélie, Enchanted, Vanilla Sky.
Books: The Alchemist, 100 Years of Solitude
Music: I love all music, especially live music! If there isn't music playing, you'll probably hear me humming or singing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cambodia. Hands down. The people of Cambodia have been through hell (if you don't know about the Khmer Rouge and Cambodia's history, you should check it out), but I've never met more beautiful and inspiring people. Also, I had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage in Phnom Penh and felt a real connection with the kids. They were so resilient... and lucky for me, hide and seek is the same in every language.
Teach, Learn, Share
Don't settle. Don't ever say, "I'll do what I want later, after I make a little money first." because what are you really waiting for? I used to be that girl. Take it from me, don't postpone your "happily ever after."
