About Me
CURRENT MISSION
cycle, cook, music, ultimate frisbee my way round the world
ABOUT ME
I am a friendly floppy haired boy from the South Coast of England. Open-minded, keen to speak to everybody, and to learn as much as I possibly can. Everybody can teach you something useful.
I bloody love cooking, and would happily cook for anyone I stay with. Unfortunately I cannot host as I am back living with my parents. Am hoping to host when I move out.
Love being outdoors, especially cycling and playing ultimate frisbee. Am happiest when I am on the road with my mates, sleeping wherever I can, and meeting new people.
PHILOSOPHY
'I am interested in the blueness of the cheese'
This is my favourite quote. It is from a book by Graham Greene, and is said by a man who is asked about his life philosophy.
To me it means being interested in everything, in the details of life, having a curious mind, and being happy with little new pleasures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have joined in order to sort myself and my good friend Matt some places to stay. We are cycling in Northern Spain and Northern France this summer, and are looking to get into the couchsurfing experience, save some money and make some new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books
Love music. Punk, ska, folk, jazz, hip- hop, disco, rock, funk, soul, blues, hardcore, indie, ..., ...
Love books. Favourite book might be 'Our Man in Havana' by Graham Greene (see above quote).
Love movies. Childhood favourite was 'The Italian Job' and 'The Pink Panther'. Hard to beat.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Eating peaches fresh of the trees in what I can only describe as a garden of eden in greece whilst woofing there. I can still taste their freshness.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a lot about History. I can play some guitar, throw a frisbee quite well. I can cook. Make bread. Cake? I make a good flapjack!
