I'm just a guy who likes travelling, meeting new people, making friends and sharing experiences with others. I very much enjoy getting to know others and talking about any topic that comes to mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly meeting new people whom I would not be able to meet otherwise if I just rented a room somewhere. Sometimes I travel alone and it's nice getting to know someone who lives where I go and sharing experiences together. I like showing travellers the city I live in from my perspective and I think there's a lot of people with the same view everywhere in the world. So screw the tourist guides and get together!

Interests

Three keywords here - dancer, skydiver, bookworm

I used to dance ballroom/latin competitively but now when most of my free time goes to skydiving (which I've started last year) I couldn't keep up so I started with zouk instead which really caught my interest lately

With books I try to keep an open mind but mostly I prefer fantasy/sci-fi

Music, Movies, and Books

Looove listening to music, almost any kind of it. I probably don't have one favourite artist, I just listen to what I find interesting. My playlists include rock, folk, electronic, house, and even classical music. I can say that I'm open to almost anything, altho house music is definitely my favourite

Same thing can be said about movies, although I mostly prefer sci-fi movies and thrillers. Been really enjoying movies with great cinematography lately, sometimes when the movie is shot/cut really well it even outweighs other faults IMO (latest example I've seen was Neon Demon - by itself the movie was a bit weird at times, but it was effing beautiful)

I definitely have a favourite book author, and that's Terry Pratchett. Read all of the Discworld novels, some of them twice, and I just could not get enough of those.
