I am a 26 year old software engineer from Adelaide in South Australia. I moved to Sydney 2 years ago to work for Snapchat. I did a student exchange in Prague a few years ago and just got back from an accidental backpacking trip around the world. I've seen a lot of stuff and made a lot of friends over the last few years and now I'm pretty keen to sit in Sydney and return some of the hospitality people were kind enough to offer me during my travels. I know how hard it can be on the road and also how great it can be when you have some local friends. Especially in Sydney.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A lot of people helped me out when I was having a hard time on the road and I met a lot of other travellers with great stories about the generosity of others. Australia can be a pretty expensive and difficult place if you're not from here and I just wanna help people have a good time and leave with some good memories.

Interests

I love watching footy and drinking beers. I also really love programming but everyone seems to find that pretty boring so I don't get to talk about it too often. I also really enjoy movies and TV shows. At the moment I'm loving Better Call Saul.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie music and the new wave of cal punk like FIDLAR and stuff. I also absolutely love horror films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I slept on sand dunes in the Sahara Desert, stood on a snow covered waterfall in Iceland, rode a motorbike through the streets of Saigon and ran with bulls in Spain. Probs some other stuff too that I can't remember.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I work during the week but I don't have much on outside of business hours. I also have a motorbike if you're feeling adventurous you can come on the back.

I'm always keen to go out and I hate spending heaps of money so we'll probably go to some student bars for a few cheap beers.
