ABOUT ME

I like to have fun, I like to laugh, I like to learn, and and I like to dance. I enjoy spirituality and all that comes along with it. I like to sing karaoke on a stage or right in my living room. I am always interested in meeting new people.

I like to eat, however I'm not one for cooking. If you suggest a good restaurant, I will try it. If you suggest a good recipe, I will wait until you invite me over to try it. :)

I speak English. I speak French. However, French is my second language and since I've been learning Spanish, I'm having a heck of a time making a sentence that is only French.

PHILOSOPHY

I have to say that Ben and Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is pretty good anytime, anywhere.

I like music I can sing to and dance to. As for books, I like non-fiction, anti-oppressive material. As well as autobiographies about interesting people. I watch a lot of movies and enjoy comedies most. As for TV, my faves are: The L Word, Sex and the City, Arrested Development, Nurse Jackie, Dexter, and I'm sure there are some others I'm forgetting.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went canopying on a volcano in Nicaragua with my daughter. Visited the graduate university of my dreams in Costa Rica. Took a road trip to Regina,Saskatchewan in the spur of the moment. (Who just goes to Regina?) Traveled to Mexico City by myself for 2 weeks and walked everywhere because I didn't know enough Spanish to take the bus and didn't know where I was going to be able to tell a taxi driver. Snowboarded for my first time ever when I was 30yrs old in Peace River, Alberta. And have watched many people grow, learn and become better people - while I grow, learn and become a better person.
