ABOUT ME

I'm a very versatile person. I enjoy doing a lot of activities ranging from visiting museums to going out in the nature and exploring. There are days however that I like keeping it quiet and just do things on my own. However, the majority of the time I am with friends, family and colleagues.

I am a recent graduate and am currently working full time while studying in the evening to obtain my graduate diploma in human resources management. After that, I will hopefully do my masters in industrial relations to finally become an arbitrator. I always wanted to work on dispute resolutions because I really do not see the point of fighting when we can resolve things by finding solutions that are mutually agreeable.

Aside from work and school, I enjoy having a healthy and active life. I try my best to go outdoor or indoor climbing at least once a week but with my recent shoulder dislocation, it's been much harder to get back on it. I also enjoy biking, hiking, strength training, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

Work hard, play hard - I've always lived by that sentence. I will finish all my chores, homework and obligations before having fun so that when I am having fun, I will not have too much concern on my obligations. I can have fun with a clear mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been couch surfing for 5 years now and every time it has been amazing. I also got to host a person from China and I showed him around Montreal.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couch surfing in Canada and then did a few more in the States. Then, in the summer of 2014, I couch surfed my way though Europe. Definitely a fun experience!

Interests

Rock climbing, hiking, biking, exploring around, playing the piano, learning new languages, cooking, baking, bargain hunting, foodie, natural products/ remedies making, nutrition and health, training, reading on facts,stock market, etc.

Movies: Although I usually regret it at the end, I love watching scary or thriller genre of movies...

Books: Brothers Grimm, For Better or for Worse, the Ice People, etc.
I also like classic Disney movies :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 2 week road-trip across the United States. I was the only woman along with 3 other men in a small car doing 30 states. I was exhausted haha.

Witch hazel is AMAZING! Great for insect bites, cuts, bruises, makeup remover, acne treatments, etc. LOVE IT!

The best way to face your fear of heights if to do top-rope rock climbing :)
